Eli Manning threw four touchdown passes and the New York Giants knocked out Tony Romo in a 41-35 win over the host Dallas Cowboys on Monday night.

Despite three interceptions, Manning threw for 306 yards on 25-of-35 passing as the Giants scored 31 unanswered points to send the Cowboys (1-5) to a third straight loss and possibly deal a death blow to their postseason hopes.

Romo suffered a fractured left clavicle early in the second quarter when he was driven to the turf by Giants linebacker Michael Boley. It is unclear how long he will be sidelined.

Hakeem Nicks caught nine passes for 108 yards and a pair of touchdowns and fellow wideouts Steve Smith (nine catches, 101 yards) and Mario Manningham had a TD reception each for New York (5-1), which won its fourth straight game to move into first place in the NFC East.

Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for 126 yards on 24 carries to help the Giants overcome five turnovers in the contest. Brandon Jacobs added 75 yards on 12 carries, including a 30-yard scoring run.

Cowboys rookie Dez Bryant returned a punt 93 yards for a touchdown and hauled in two touchdown passes from Jon Kitna in the final 3 ½ minutes to make the final score closer than the game was. Bryant had four catches for 54 yards and tight end Jason Witten had nine catches for 95 yards and a touchdown.

Three turnovers by the Giants - including two interceptions of Manning - allowed the Cowboys to grab a 10-0 lead less than six minutes into the contest.

Bryant’s punt return widened Dallas' lead to 20-7, but from then on it was all New York.

The Giants reeled off 17 points in the last 4:22 of the half to take a 24-20 halftime lead. Manning connected with Nicks for 8 yards and Smith for 14 yards before Lawrence Tynes booted a career-long 53-yard field goal to close out the half.

The onslaught continued in the second half as New York scored on its first two possessions. Manning connected with Manningham on a 25-yard scoring reception and Jacobs ripped off a 30-yard TD for a 38-20 lead with 5:25 left in the third quarter.

Dallas did not have a first down in the third quarter and entered the fourth quarter with just 97 yards of total offense.
