Tre Jones poured in 23 points as second-ranked Duke ran away from visiting Wake Forest in a 90-59 victory Saturday night in Durham, N.C.

Duke (15-1, 5-0 Atlantic Coast Conference), which won its past two games on the road, has run its winning streak to nine games and remained the only ACC team without a league loss.

Duke, which shot 11-for-23 on 3-pointers, won for the 900th time in Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Jones made 10 of 15 shots from the field on his way to his second-best point total of the season.

Cassius Stanley had a strong second half to finish with 16 points, Joey Baker and Jack White each added 11 points off the Duke bench and Jordan Goldwire posted 10 points. Jones and Baker each made three 3s.

Torry Johnson and Olivier Sarr notched 13 points apiece and Sharone Wright Jr. registered 11 points for Wake Forest (8-7, 1-4), which suffered a loss to a Top 10 team for the second time in four nights after a home setback to No. 10 Florida State.

Wake Forest scoring leader Brandon Childress was scoreless on 0-for-6 shooting from the field.

Duke went up 33-14 on the way to a 49-23 halftime lead despite going only 3-for-9 on free throws. Yet the Blue Devils made 17 of their first 24 shots from the field.

Duke center Vernon Carey Jr. ended up with a season-low eight points.

The Demon Deacons shot 32 percent from the field and committed 12 turnovers in the first half. Even a 9-1 run early in the second half for Wake Forest didn't prove to be much of a threat.

Duke has won 11 consecutive meetings with Wake Forest.

Wake Forest, which is 1-3 against ranked opponents this season, hasn't defeated Duke since 2014 and hasn't won in Durham since 1997.

Wake Forest played its second game in a row without junior guard Chaundee Brown, the team's second-leading scorer who sat out with a lower-leg injury.
