Terrell Stoglin scored a career-high 32 points to lead Maryland to a 78-71 victory over Colorado in the losers' bracket of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off Classic on Friday.

Stoglin was 12-for-27 from the field, including 4-for-7 from 3-point range, as Maryland (2-1) bounced back from its 62-42 loss to No. 15 Alabama in Thursday's first round.

Sean Mosley added 16 points and seven rebounds for the Terrapins, who will play Iona on Sunday for fifth place.

Sophomore guard Andre Roberson had 21 points and 13 rebounds for the Buffaloes (1-2), who will meet Western Michigan in Sunday's seventh-place game. Colorado lost to Wichita State 67-58 on Thursday.

The teams shot a combined 48.6 percent from the field.
