Tyshawn Taylor scored 22 of his career-high 28 points after halftime as No. 10 Kansas rallied from a 12-point second half deficit to win its seventh straight, 80-73 over Iowa State on Saturday in Lawrence, Kan.

Kansas (14-3, 4-0 Big 12) shares the top spot in the Big 12 with undefeated and No. 4 Baylor. Th Jayhawks host the Bears on Monday.

Kansas wiped out a 52-40 Iowa State lead with a dominating 17-2 run midway through the second half to take control. The Cyclones (12-5, 2-2 Big 12) shot just 27 percent in the second half.

Taylor added six assists and four steals to lead the Jayhawks, while center Jeff Withey was dominating on both ends with 13 points and 11 rebounds for his third double-double of the season to go along with his seven blocked shots. He leads the Big 12 in that category.

Thomas Robinson also had a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds and added three blocked shots.

Iowa State, which also lost to No. 9 Missouri on Wednesday by seven points, was led by Royce White, who posted his fifth double-double of the season with 18 points and 17 rebounds.

Chris Allen added 17 while Melvin Ejim and Scott Christopherson chipped in with 12 and 10 points, respectively for Iowa State.
