Glen Rice Jr. scored 22 points and visiting Georgia Tech rolled to an 82-71 upset at North Carolina State.

The Yellow Jackets, who came into the game ranked last in the ACC in 3-point shooting (30.2 percent), buried 6 of 9 in the first half and led North Carolina State 40-29 at the break. They finished 9 of 15 from beyond the arc.

Georgia Tech (8-8, 1-1) snapped a four-game losing streak, while the Wolfpack (12-5, 1-1) saw its six-game win streak snapped.

Rice has scored 50 points in his last two games while shooting 17-of-27 from the field. Mfon Udofia buried 3-of-4 from beyond the arc and finished with 17 points. They were among five Jackets in double figures.

It was just the second time in 11 tries that Georgia Tech won at the RBC Center.

C.J. Leslie led N.C. State with 16 points and seven rebounds.
