Junior Jared Cunningham made 8-of-8 free throws in overtime and scored a career-high 37 points to lead Oregon State to a 100-95 victory over Texas in the semifinals of the TicketCity Legends Classic in East Rutherford, N.J., on Saturday.

Cunningham made 20-of-23 free throws and eclipsed his personal-best for points of 35 set on Nov. 16 against Hofstra. Cunningham sent the game to overtime with a pair of free throws with 8.3 seconds remaining to tie it at 81-81.

Texas freshman Myck Kabongo had a chance to win the game at the buzzer but his shot was blocked by Eric Moreland.

Jā€™Covan Brown led Texas (2-1) with 25 points, making 8-of-13 from the field with five 3-pointers. Kabongo added 13 points, Sheldon McClellan and Jonathan Holmes had 12 apiece, and Alexis Wangmene finished with 11 for Texas.

Oregon State (4-0) also 17 points from Devon Collier and 14 from Angus Brandt.

The Beavers will meet Vanderbilt in Monday's final, while Texas will play North Carolina State in the consolation game.
