Chris Warren and Terrance Henry each scored 13 points to lead Mississippi (17-10, 5-7 SEC), which dropped out of a three-way tie for second place in the SEC West with the Bulldogs and Arkansas.

The Bulldogs used a 15-2 run early in the second half to break a 39-39 tie and grab control. Ravern Johnson started the run with a 3-pointer.
