Keiton Page continued his stretch of impressive play with 23 points, five 3-pointers and three assists as Oklahoma State knocked off host Stanford 79-68 in the Big 12/Pac-10 Hardwood Series Tuesday.

Darrell Williams had 10 points and 11 assists and Ray Penn added 14 points for the Cowboys (11-1), who have won seven straight.

Much of the recent success is because of Page, who entered averaging 19.2 points in his last six games, including a game-high 20 points and three 3-pointers against Alabama in the Cowboys’ last game.

Stanford (6-4) got 21 points and 10 rebounds from Josh Owens and Jeremy Green added 17 points.

Oklahoma State plays at Gonzaga Dec. 31 before an easy non-conference finale against Texas-San Antonio on Jan. 3. The Cowboys open their Big 12 season Jan. 8 against No. 11 Kansas State
