Ty Jerome came off the bench to score 17 points and team with Donte DiVincenzo on back-to-back 3-pointers that pulled Golden State from a fourth-quarter tie, propelling the Warriors to a 112-107 victory over the Utah Jazz in San Francisco on Wednesday.

Playing the second night of a back-to-back without Stephen Curry, Andrew Wiggins and Klay Thompson, the Warriors had enough energy to limit the Jazz to just six points over the final 7:21, enabling a rally that produced a fourth straight home win.

Despite missing eight of his 10 3-point attempts, Jordan Poole led the way for the Warriors with 26 points, including a short jumper with 1:27 to play after the Jazz closed within 107-106 on a 3-pointer by Jordan Clarkson.

Having had a day off following a 126-122 loss at San Antonio on Monday, the Jazz busted out of the gates with a 37-point first quarter and led for most of the first 41 minutes. Utah's lead peaked at 12 in the second quarter.

But Golden State, which owns the best home record in the NBA at 15-2, seized control for good with a 10-point flurry after Utah had gone up 101-97 with 7:21 remaining.

A layup by Jerome and two free throws by Jonathan Kuminga drew Golden State even before Jerome and DiVincenzo buried their consecutive 3-pointers for a six-point lead with 4:44 to go.

DiVincenzo chipped in with 19 points, 15 on 3-pointers, including two clinching free throws with 19.1 seconds remaining.

Golden State's Anthony Lamb, who is on a two-way contract as is Jerome, finished with 10 points and Patrick Baldwin Jr., in a rare meaningful appearance, had a season-best 11 points in 13 minutes.

Kevon Looney and Draymond Green contributed for the Warriors as well. Looney had a team-high 12 rebounds to go with a team-high-tying five assists and six points, and Green amassed nine boards, five assists and six points.

Lauri Markkanen shot 7-for-13 from beyond the arc to account for a majority of his game-high 29 points for Utah, which lost the season series 2-1. He also found time for a game-high 16 rebounds.

Clarkson had 22 points for Utah, while Collin Sexton added 11 and Jarred Vanderbilt 10 points and 10 rebounds. Mike Conley dished a game-high 10 assists to go with five points.
