Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded 24 points and 11 rebounds to propel the visiting Milwaukee Bucks to a 124-99 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday.

Antetokounmpo added five assists on Saturday, one day after collecting 33 points and 12 rebounds in the Bucks' 123-105 victory over Cleveland.

Milwaukee's Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton each had 20 points and Bryn Forbes made six 3-pointers to highlight his 18-point performance. The Bucks outscored the Cavaliers by a 65-45 margin in the second half to post their season high-tying fourth win in a row overall.

Andre Drummond recorded 28 points and 11 rebounds for Cleveland, which has lost seven of its last nine games overall and seven straight to Milwaukee. Collin Sexton and Darius Garland each added 17 points in a losing effort.

Antetokounmpo scored 10 of his team's first 12 points of the third quarter to stake the Bucks to a 71-60 lead.

The Cavaliers trimmed the deficit to six on two occasions before Milwaukee scored 14 of the final 17 points of the quarter to secure a 94-77 advantage. Holiday highlighted the late surge with a reverse layup off an alley-oop.

Antetokounmpo and D.J. Augustin each made a layup to boost the lead to 21 early in the fourth quarter. The Bucks answered a 9-0 run by the Cavaliers with a 24-6 surge of their own to seal the win.

Antetokounmpo provided a highlight-reel dunk just over four minutes into the second quarter. The two-time NBA Most Valuable Player faked a pass to Donte DiVincenzo at the foul line before extending his body to power down a one-handed slam to give Milwaukee a 36-31 lead.

Both teams shot the ball well in the first half, with the Bucks making 53.5 percent of their attempts from the field (23 of 43) and 40.0 percent from 3-point range (8 of 20). Cleveland sank 55.3 percent of its shots from the floor (21 of 38), however it made just 28.6 percent from beyond the arc (4 of 14).

Cleveland's Larry Nance Jr. scored four points in his return to the lineup following a three-game absence due to a right wrist sprain.
