Clippers 92, Spurs 87: Chris Paul had a team-high 19 points and Blake Griffin added 16 points and 12 rebounds as visiting Los Angeles recorded its sixth consecutive victory by defeating San Antonio for the second time this season.

With Caron Butler nursing a right shoulder strain, Matt Barnes came off the bench to score 14 as the Clippers upended the Spurs for just the third time in 31 meetings in San Antonio.

Tim Duncan collected 20 points and 14 rebounds for the Spurs, who saw forward Stephen Jackson sustain a non-displaced fracture of his right pinkie finger. The team announced that Jackson will be sidelined for four-to-six weeks.

San Antonio trimmed the deficit to four at 67-63 before Paul doubled the advantage with a long jumper, a steal and a dunk prior to the end of the third quarter.

Matt Bonner made a pair of 3-pointers and Tony Parker added one as well as the Spurs made a spirited rally to close to within two at 89-87. Paul, however, deftly bounced off Parker before sinking a shot with 24 seconds left to effectively seal the win.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Griffin's double-double was his fifth of the season. ... Both clubs struggled from 3-point range as the Clippers went 1-for-12 from behind the arc while the Spurs were 6-for-20. ... Griffin had 22 points on 10-of-16 shooting as Los Angeles cruised to a 106-84 triumph over San Antonio on Nov. 7.
