ROCKETS 112, NETS 106: Goran Dragic, subbing for injured Kyle Lowry, scored a season-high 23 points and had eight assists as visiting Houston snapped a five-game losing streak against New Jersey.

Lowry checked himself into a New York-area hospital with a high fever and was expected to miss the rest of the Rockets’ trip that ends at Oklahoma City on Tuesday.

The Nets’ were missing leading scorer Deron Williams, who was out with a strained right calf suffered in Friday night’s win at Charlotte. Williams, who is averaging a team-best 22 points and 8.1 assists, is listed as day-to-day and will be re-evaluated on Monday.

Courtney Lee had 17 points for Houston, Chandler Parson had 16 and Chase Budinger and Samuel Dalembert each had 15.

Gerald Green scored a career-high 26 for the Nets (14-28), who have lost 11 in a row to Houston. Rookie MarShon Brooks had 23 points and seven assists. Jordan Farmar scored 18 and Anthony Morrow had 12.

Budinger, who was benched for the last three games, scored 11 points in the first half to help Houston take a 59-49 halftime lead.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Houston’s Terrence Williams, who has asked for a trade, was in the warm-ups before the game but was a no-show in the second half. The team said he had a stomach ache. … Rockets reserve Jordan Hill saw his first playing time since suffering a knee injury Feb. 18 in practice.
