BOBCATS 98, RAPTORS 91: Reggie Williams knocked down four 3-pointers on the way to a 22-point performance as visiting Charlotte halted a franchise-record 16-game losing skid.

Rookie Bismack Biyombo had eight points to go along with a career-best 13 rebounds and seven blocks for the Bobcats, who won on the road for just the second time.

DeMar DeRozan led the way with 24 points for the Raptors, who have dropped five in a row against Charlotte and three straight overall.

With the Raptors leading 69-68 entering the fourth, Derrick Brown and D.J. Augustin converted back-to-back layups to cap a surge early in the quarter that put the Bobcats up by six.

Toronto battled back to make it a three-point contest on consecutive baskets from Leandro Barbosa and an Amir Johnson putback, then closed to within a pair on a DeRozan jumper with 1:27 remaining. Boris Diaw answered with a 12-footer following a Barbosa turnover, and D.J. White iced things with a layup on a Diaw feed with 12 seconds left.

Kemba Walker had 14 points and eight assists in a reserve role for Charlotte, which came in shooting just 41.6 percent from the field but hit 50 percent of its shots Friday.

Barbosa poured in 16 points in defeat.
