Tony Parker had 37 points and eight assists to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 100-90 victory over the host Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.

Tim Duncan had 16 points and 11 rebounds and has recorded double-doubles in three straight games for the first time this season as San Antonio won a season-high sixth consecutive contest.

Lou Williams scored 22 points, Andre Iguodala tallied 17 points and Thaddeus Young had 16 on 8-of-11 shooting for Philadelphia, which lost for just the second time in eight games.

Parker hit all 13 of his free-throw attempts and the Spurs hit 21 of 26 from the foul line while improving to 2-0 on their season-long nine-game road trip.

San Antonio used a 21-8 run over a nine-minute stretch of the third quarter to turn a one-point deficit into a 71-59 lead. Parker had seven points during the run and 11 points in the quarter, which ended with the Spurs holding a 75-67 advantage.

The 76ers pulled with 95-90 on a 3-pointer by Williams with 1:46 to play but Parker responded with a jumper and two free throws to put the game away.

Gary Neal had 18 points and was 4-for-4 from 3-point range for the Spurs. Tiago Splitter added 15 points.

Jrue Holiday scored 15 points and Elton Brand had 11 points and 13 rebounds for the 76ers, who were just 7 of 11 from the free-throw line.

The loss was just Philadelphia’s fourth in 17 home games this season.
