Tim Duncan scored 22 points for San Antonio (55-13), which bounced back from Monday's 30-point loss in Miami and has lost two in a row only once this season.

Dirk Nowitzki led Dallas (48-21) with 23 points and Jason Terry scored 19 in the loss.

Parker and Ginobili sparked the run that put the game away for the Spurs, who trailed only once, when Dallas scored the first basket of the game.

With San Antonio leading 81-77, Parker banked in a 3-pointer at the 4:42 mark. Ginobili then scored five straight, on a three-point play and a layup after a steal, giving the Spurs an 89-77 advantage with 3:17 to play.

Mavericks forward Shawn Marion (13 points) left the game in the third quarter with a wrist injury and didn't return. Dallas also played without forward Peja Stojakovic, who missed the game with a back injury.

San Antonio quickly took control and built a 26-12 lead late in the first quarter. San Antonio maintained a double-figure lead for most of the second period and was ahead 48-34 when the Mavericks closed the half with an 11-2 run.

Dallas tied the game at 60, but the Spurs responded with nine straight points and pulled away late in the fourth.
