C.J. Cron homered and collected four hits, Trevor Story hit a grand slam and also singled, and the host Colorado Rockies beat the Philadelphia Phillies 12-2 in Denver on Sunday.

Raimel Tapia, Yonathan Daza, Josh Fuentes and Dom Nunez had two hits each and Jon Gray pitched six solid innings for the Rockies, who have won four of their last five.

Gray (3-1) allowed two runs on four hits, struck out six and added an RBI single.

Bryce Harper hit two home runs and Nick Maton had two hits for the Phillies.

Harper homered in right-center field to give Philadelphia the lead in the first inning. He then saved a run in the bottom of the second when he threw out Cron trying to score from second on a single by Nunez.

Harper did more damage in the third when he crushed Gray's changeup into the second deck in right-center field. It was his sixth of the season.

Colorado responded with a big fourth inning. Ryan McMahon and Cron led off with singles and moved up on Daza's sacrifice bunt. Fuentes hit a sacrifice fly to center to drive in McMahon with the first run, and after a walk to Nunez, Gray lined a single to center to make it 2-2.

Tapia singled to right to score Nunez, and Anderson walked Hampson to load the bases before being relieved by David Hale. Story greeted Hale with a shot to deep left to make it 7-2. It was the third grand slam of Story's career.

Colorado sent 12 men to the plate in the inning.

Anderson (0-3) allowed six runs on six hits in 3 2/3 innings.

The Rockies continued to add runs against the Philadelphia bullpen. Fuentes led off the fifth with a single, Nunez hit a triple to left and then came home on Tapia's groundout.

They scored again in the sixth when Cron and Daza hit consecutive singles after McMahon walked. Story led off the eighth with a single and Cron hit his third home run of the season one out later.
