Carson Kelly hit a go-ahead home run in the eighth inning, and Ketel Marte had a two-run shot as the Arizona Diamondbacks beat the Colorado Rockies 5-3 on Monday night in Phoenix.

Arizona added two more runs after Kelly's homer when David Peralta greeted reliever Jake McGee with a two-run triple into the right-field corner. All three eighth-inning runs were charged to reliever Wade Davis (1-6).

Kelly's blast came after the Rockies tied the game at 2 in the top of the inning when Tony Wolters singled to drive in his second run of the game.

Kelly, who earlier broke up Chi Chi Gonzalez's no-hitter with a single to lead off the sixth, connected on the second pitch from Davis, driving a ball into the Arizona bullpen near the left field line. Kelly tied the franchise record for home runs by a catcher, matching the 18 hit by Miguel Montero during an All-Star season in 2011.

Marte -- back in the lineup after missing two games because of lower back tightness -- belted a 439-foot shot with two outs in the sixth for a 2-1 lead. It was his 26th home run of the season.

Colorado's Charlie Blackmon hit his 27th home run in the ninth, a solo shot off Archie Bradley, who earned his fifth save. Yoan Lopez (2-5) got the final two outs of the eighth for the win.

Lefty reliever Andrew Chafin began the eighth inning for Arizona, facing four consecutive left-handed hitters, but he gave up three singles, including the tying hit to Wolters, who drove in Daniel Murphy.

Arizona starter Zac Gallen allowed five hits and walked six in six innings, but he limited the damage with the help of a double play, a pickoff at first base and eight strikeouts.

Gallen had retired nine in a row and struck out Trevor Story and Nolan Arenado in the fourth inning before losing his command. A walk, single and walk loaded the bases for Wolters, who walked on five pitches to bring home a run for a 1-0 lead.

Colorado loaded the bases on two singles and a walk an inning later, but Gallen retired Raimel Tapia on a fly out to end the threat.
