Ender Inciarte hit an RBI triple to cap a two-run 10th inning, and the Atlanta Braves took advantage of a season-high four Arizona errors for a 5-4 victory over the host Diamondbacks at Chase Field on Saturday.

Ronald Acuna Jr. had two hits and two intentional walks, and Inciarte and Freddie Freeman had two hits apiece for the National League East-leading Braves (78-64), who took a 3 1/2-game lead over Philadelphia. The teams play seven times in the final 11 days of the regular season.

Arizona (76-66) was out-hit 11-5 and fell 2 1/2 games behind Colorado in the NL West. The teams begin a four-game series in Colorado on Monday and play again in Arizona the following week.

Freeman walked to open the 10th inning off Andrew Chafin (1-5) and was credited with a stolen base when he was picked off first base but beat Paul Goldschmidt's throw to second. Nick Markakis beat out a chopper past the mound, and Freeman scored when Goldschmidt's toss to first base was wide and went into the Atlanta dugout. Inciarte followed with his sixth triple.

With runners on second and third and two outs in the last of the 10th, A.J. Pollock hit a hard grounder toward center field that shortstop Dansby Swanson stopped with a dive behind second base. One run scored on the single, but Swanson threw out Nick Ahmed attempting to score from second for the final out.

Chad Sobotka (1-0) got out of a bases-loaded situation with two outs in the last of the ninth inning for the victory. A.J. Minter, with some difficulty, had his 13th save.

Kurt Suzuki gave the Braves a 3-2 lead in the top of the eighth inning with a two-out homer. Arizona tied it in the bottom of the inning on Daniel Descalso's two-out, RBI double.

Arizona starter Clay Buchholz gave up five hits and two runs (one earned) before leaving with one out and a runner on first base in the seventh inning. He struck out six and walked two.

Atlanta starter Julio Teheran gave up two hits and two runs (one earned) in six innings, with six strikeouts and four walks.

Acuna doubled on the second pitch of the game to begin the Braves' two-run first inning. He went to third on Johan Camargo's looping single to left field and scored when left fielder David Peralta bobbled the ball. Markakis' sacrifice fly made it 2-0.

Arizona scored an unearned in its first inning on two walks, a wild pitch and an error by catcher Suzuki, who failed to hang onto a throw to the plate as Pollock scored on Goldschmidt's foul pop to first baseman Freeman down the right field line.

Buchholz doubled in a run to tie it at 2 in the second inning, his first career RBI and first extra-base hit.
