Phillies 5, Giants 2: Laynce Nix ripped a two-run double to highlight a four-run first inning and Roy Halladay tossed eight solid frames as visiting Philadelphia cruised past struggling Tim Lincecum and San Francisco.

Hunter Pence and Shane Victorino added RBI singles in the first inning and Halladay followed suit in the fourth for the Phillies, who won their second straight game.

Lincecum (0-2) has surrendered nine runs in the first inning this season - one more than he allowed in all of 2011. Lincecum, who yielded at least five runs for the third start this season, also permitted eight hits in six innings.

Fellow two-time Cy Young Award winner Halladay (3-0) permitted two runs on seven hits and struck out six. Jonathan Papelbon secured his third save by retiring the side in the ninth inning.

Buster Posey had three hits and Pablo Sandoval added a single in the fifth inning to extend his hitting streak to 10 games.

Aubrey Huff had a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the first inning and Lincecum plated Brandon Belt with an RBI groundout in the fourth for the Giants.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Prior to the game, the Giants signed left-hander Madison Bumgarner to a six-year, $35.56 million contract. ... After being bounced in the 2010 National League Championship Series, Philadelphia took three of four from San Francisco last season. ... Phillies rookie second baseman Freddy Galvis had a double to give him a team-leading four extra-base hits this season. ... Giants first base coach Roberto Kelly missed the contest due to a family medical issue.
