Braves 4, Phillies 3: Brian McCann homered for the fourth consecutive game and Dan Uggla also went deep as Atlanta finished off its first three-game sweep at Philadelphia since the opening week of the 2007 season.

Atlanta's Jair Jurrjens (3-2) allowed three runs on six hits over seven innings to win for the third time in four starts since returning from the minor leagues. Kris Medlen pitched a perfect eighth, and Craig Kimbrel struck out two in a perfect ninth for his National League-leading 25th save.

Jason Pridie, a late addition to the lineup, drove in Philadelphia's three runs, belting a two-run home run in the second and adding an RBI double in the fourth.

Pridie twice gave starter Vance Worley the lead, but he couldn't hold it either time. Uggla connected for a two-run blast to center to tie it in the fourth, and after Pridie's RBI double in the bottom of the inning, McCann tied it at 3 with an RBI single in the fifth.

McCann broke the tie with his 13th homer, a blast to center off Raul Valdes (2-2).

The Braves have won four straight, while the Phillies have lost 10 of 12 and dropped to 17-27 at home. Philadelphia is 37-50, its worst record at the All-Star break since 1997.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Slumping Phillies OF Shane Victorino initially was listed in the No. 7 spot in the lineup but was scratched because of a "manager's decision" and replaced by Pridie. … Braves SS Andrelton Simmons left the game with a fractured fifth metacarpal bone on his right (throwing) hand. … The announced attendance was 43,881, the 248th consecutive regular-season sellout at Citizens Bank Park. … McCann has homered in all five games he has played against the Phillies this season. … Uggla's homer was estimated at 432 feet. … Atlanta's Michael Bourn recorded his 25th stolen base and has stolen at least 25 bases in five consecutive seasons.
