Randy Arozarena belted a two-run homer in the eighth inning to fuel the visiting Tampa Bay Rays to a 4-3 victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday.

Joey Wendle had an RBI double and Yandy Diaz had two hits for the Rays, who have won six in a row overall and 11 straight against the Orioles this season. Tampa Bay has won 17 of 18 meetings with Baltimore heading into the season series finale on Sunday.

Rays rookie Wander Franco singled in the eighth inning to extend his on-base streak to 28 games.

Jorge Mateo had an RBI single and joined Pedro Severino with two hits for the Orioles, who have lost the first two contests of this three-game series and 21 of their last 23 games overall.

Tampa Bay erased a three-run deficit by scoring twice in both the seventh and eighth innings.

Diaz had a one-out single in the seventh inning and advanced to third on Brandon Lowe's double to chase John Means. Diaz scored on Austin Meadows' pinch-hit groundout and Wendle's double to left field off Dillon Tate plated Lowe to trim Baltimore's lead to 3-2.

Kevin Kiermaier started the uprising in the eighth by walking to lead off the inning. Arozarena belted a 2-1 fastball from Cole Sulser (3-3) over the wall in right field for his 17th homer of the season and first since Aug. 3.

Arozarena's homer made a winner out of JT Chargois (4-0), who did not allow a hit in a scoreless inning of relief. Andrew Kittredge accomplished the same feat over the final two innings to secure his fourth save of the season.

Severino doubled off Michael Wacha to lead off the fifth inning before Baltimore loaded the bases with one out. Ryan Mountcastle's fly ball to the wall in left field allowed Severino to trot home with the game's first run.

Austin Hays ripped a one-out triple in the sixth inning and scored two batters later on Severino's double to left field. Mateo's single to center field plated Ramon Urias to give the Orioles a 3-0 lead.
