Preview Roundups

Dallas at Ottawa 5:00 PM ET
The Dallas Stars attempt to put together consecutive wins for the first time since mid-February when they visit the Ottawa Senators on Sunday. Dallas halted a season high-tying four-game slide (0-3-1) with Friday's 4-2 home triumph over New Jersey, putting itself in position for its first winning streak since a four-game run since Feb. 9-15.
Pittsburgh at New Jersey 5:00 PM ET
The Pittsburgh Penguins will try to rebound from a surprising home loss 24 hours earlier when they visit the Metropolitan Division-rival New Jersey Devils on Sunday. The Penguins gave up the final three goals of the game in a 4-2 loss to struggling Calgary on Saturday after winning 10 of their previous 12 at Consol Energy Center.
NY Islanders at NY Rangers 5:00 PM ET
The New York Islanders are holding up just fine during a rough road stretch and continue their quest for second place in the Metropolitan Division when they visit the New York Rangers on Sunday. The Islanders are 5-1-0 on their seven-game trek and still have six of their next eight away from home as they trail the Rangers for second in the division by five points.
Detroit at Chicago 5:00 PM ET
The Detroit Red Wings have revenge on their minds when they look to further strengthen their hold on a postseason berth Sunday against the host Chicago Blackhawks. Detroit, which sits in the first wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference and still is within reach of first place in the Atlantic Division, had its five-game point streak snapped at home by Chicago 5-2 on Wednesday in the opener of the two-game season series between the Original Six - and former Central Division - rivals.
Edmonton at Winnipeg 7:00 PM ET
Were the Stanley Cup playoffs to start today, there would not be a Canadian team involved – a fact not lost on either the Edmonton Oilers or Winnipeg Jets entering Sunday’s matchup at MTS Centre. The Oilers have played better of late, winning three in a row before losing 6-3 to Columbus on Friday while the Jets snapped a six-game home losing streak with Saturday’s 4-2 victory over Montreal, but both teams are wallowing at the bottom of the Western Conference standings.
St. Louis at Minnesota 8:00 PM ET
The Minnesota Wild are realizing their potential and that could spell trouble for fellow wild-card contenders and a potential first-round Stanley Cup playoff opponent down the road as they host the St. Louis Blues on Sunday. The Wild won at Buffalo 3-2 in a shootout Saturday as they took a two-point lead over Colorado for the final wild-card spot in the Western Conference with their fourth straight victory, improving them to 8-3 since interim coach John Torchetti took the reins.
