Pittsburgh at Buffalo 12:30 PM ET
The Pittsburgh Penguins look to continue their dominance in the series when they visit the improving Buffalo Sabres on Sunday afternoon. The Penguins, who dropped a 4-2 decision at home to Tampa Bay on Saturday to remain one point ahead of New Jersey for the second wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference, own a seven-game winning streak against Buffalo that includes a one-goal victory on Oct. 29 despite allowing 53 shots.
Chicago at Minnesota 3:30 PM ET
The "State of Hockey" will host an outdoor game for the first time in NHL history as the Minnesota Wild take to TCF Bank Stadium to vie for a season-high four-game winning streak when they face the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday. While the weather conditions (approximately 40 degrees) are expected to be downright balmy for Minnesota at this time of year, the Wild have heated up as well after interim coach John Torchetti replaced Mike Yeo behind the bench.
Detroit at NY Rangers 7:00 PM ET
The New York Rangers will be without their captain once again when they host the Original Six-rival Detroit Red Wings on Sunday. Defenseman Ryan McDonagh suffered neck spasms and a bruised jaw from an elbow by Toronto's Leo Komarov on Thursday in just his second game back after missing four with a concussion.
Tampa Bay at Carolina 7:00 PM ET
Captain Steven Stamkos could be starting to warm up at the right time as his Tampa Bay Lightning go after their third straight victory when they visit the Carolina Hurricanes on Sunday. Stamkos has recorded a goal in each of his last two games, including the 300th of his career in Saturday's 4-2 victory over Pittsburgh.
Calgary at Anaheim 7:00 PM ET
After spending nearly two weeks on the road, the Anaheim Ducks return to the comforts of the Honda Center on Sunday to begin a five-game homestand against the Pacific Division-rival Calgary Flames. Anaheim posted a 6-4 triumph in Calgary on Monday and added victories over Edmonton and Vancouver to extend its winning streak to four games and finish the season-high trek with a 5-1-1 mark.
Colorado at Vancouver 10:00 PM ET
The Colorado Avalanche look to continue their recent run of success after a disappointing start to the month when they visit the skidding Vancouver Canucks on Sunday. Colorado edged the Oilers in Edmonton on Saturday for its fourth win — all by one goal — in five games after beginning February with a four-game losing streak.
