Preview Roundups
December 06, 2015
St. Francis (NY) at St. John's 11:00 AM ET
Emotions should be high when Chris Mullin makes his coaching debut at Madison Square Garden as St. John's hosts St. Francis Brooklyn on Sunday. The Red Storm, who have lost three of their last four games, have defeated the Terriers in 32 of their last 33 meetings.
Central Arkansas at Pittsburgh 12:00 PM ET
After a tough loss to No. 11 Purdue, Pittsburgh took its frustrations out on Duquesne in the annual City game. The Panthers will look to do the same when Central Arkansas pays a visit Sunday.
Massachusetts Lowell at Boston College 2:00 PM ET
In the midst of a four-game losing streak and with a visit to a ranked opponent on the horizon, Boston College is in dire need of a win. The reeling Eagles will try to ignite a dormant offensive attack and snap their skid when they host local foe UMass Lowell on Sunday.
Wofford at Clemson 2:00 PM ET
After starting the season 3-0, Clemson has alternated wins and losses, but the Tigers can break that pattern when they host Wofford in a non-conference battle Sunday. Coach Brad Brownell's squad bounced back from a loss to Minnesota on Monday with a blowout win over USC Upstate and is hoping to continue that momentum against the Terriers.
Colorado at Colorado St. 2:00 PM ET

Josh Scott didn’t exactly have an enjoyable outing last season against Colorado State. Colorado’s leading scorer and rebounder hopes to rectify that Sunday when the Buffaloes visit the Rams.

Portland St. at Washington St. 4:00 PM ET
Washington State looks to bounce back from its first loss of the season when it hosts Portland State on Sunday. The Cougars dropped a 69-60 decision at home to No. 12 Gonzaga on Wednesday.
Morgan St. at Cincinnati 5:30 PM ET
Cincinnati looks to bounce back from its first loss of the season when it hosts Morgan State on Sunday. The Bearcats had reeled off six consecutive victories, including five wins by 15 points or more, to climb up to No. 17 in the USA Today Coaches' Poll before falling to Butler 78-76 on a last-second layup.
Davidson at North Carolina 6:00 PM ET
Coming off three straight victories and with its best player back in the lineup, No. 9 North Carolina takes aim at visiting Davidson on Sunday. The game features an intriguing backcourt matchup of Tar Heels senior Marcus Paige, who missed the first six games with a broken hand, against Wildcats junior Jack Gibbs, who is emerging as one of the top players in the country.
Vanderbilt at Baylor 8:00 PM ET
Vanderbilt rolled to a 50-point victory Wednesday but the 13th-ranked Commodores know they must do a better job defending the 3-point line when they play Sunday at Baylor, facing the No. 23 Bears and one of the better 3-point shooting teams in the nation. The Bears are shooting 39.7 percent from beyond the arc, and Vanderbilt coach Kevin Stallings is concerned with his team’s perimeter defense after allowing 11 3-pointers in Wednesday’s 102-52 rout of Detroit.
Long Beach St. at UCLA 9:00 PM ET
Which team makes an appearance for UCLA might be the biggest question Sunday when the Bruins host Long Beach State in a nonconference game. UCLA is coming off a stunning upset of No. 1 Kentucky on Thursday, but the Bruins have also shown they can lose to an inferior team, evident by their season-opening defeat to Monmouth.
Cal St. Fullerton at Washington 9:00 PM ET
After traveling more than 17,000 miles over the last three weeks and playing games in places like China and the Bahamas, Washington players get to spend a little time sleeping in their own beds. The Huskies open an eight-game homestand on Sunday night against Cal State Fullerton.
