Kenneth Faried has two good offensive performances and two shaky ones in the early going and would like to find his stride when the Denver Nuggets host the Utah Jazz on Thursday. The Nuggets power forward exploded for 28 points and 15 rebounds in Tuesday's win over the Los Angeles Lakers in his best all-around effort of the season.

The Memphis Grizzlies may be without standout center Marc Gasol when they visit the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday. Gasol left Tuesday's win over Sacramento with neck spasms and is listed as questionable for the tilt with Portland.
