Boston at Indiana 7:00 PM ET
A pair of Eastern Conference contenders trending in opposite directions meet Tuesday in Indiana, where the host Pacers look to get closer in the standings to the slumping Boston Celtics. Indiana's 112-109 win at Dallas on Sunday gave the team eight victories in its last 10 games and pushed it into fifth place alone in the East, just 3 1/2 games back of the third-place Celtics.
New York at Washington 7:00 PM ET
The Washington Wizards are talking less about making a run at the No. 8 spot in the Eastern Conference and more about developing young players as the season winds down, and losses in seven of the last 10 games is increasing the chatter. The Wizards will try to combine development and winning when they wrap up a three-game homestand by hosting the New York Knicks on Tuesday.
Cleveland at Chicago 8:00 PM ET
The Cleveland Cavaliers are heading for the lottery but are not giving up and have taken great strides since the All-Star break behind coach J.B. Bickerstaff. The Cavaliers will try to move above .500 since the break when they open a six-game road trip by visiting the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday.
Minnesota at Houston 8:00 PM ET
The Minnesota Timberwolves look to halt a 13-game losing streak in Houston when they visit the Rockets. Minnesota hasn't departed Houston with a victory since recording a 111-98 win on Feb. 17, 2012, when former star Kevin Love had 33 points and 17 rebounds.
Orlando at Memphis 8:00 PM ET
The Memphis Grizzlies are fighting to stay in the top eight in the Western Conference with a slew of teams chasing them for the No. 8 spot and need to pick up as many wins as they can, especially against teams with losing records. The Grizzlies will try to make it two in a row against sub-.500 teams from the East when they host the Orlando Magic on Tuesday.
Dallas at San Antonio 8:00 PM ET
The Dallas Mavericks look to complete a four-game sweep of San Antonio when they visit the Spurs on Tuesday. Dallas won the first three contests by an average of 5.7 points, including a 109-103 win in San Antonio on Feb. 26.
Phoenix at Portland 10:00 PM ET
Aron Baynes aims to turn in another huge performance against Portland when the Phoenix Suns visit the Trail Blazers on Tuesday night. The 33-year-old Baynes established career bests of 37 points and nine 3-pointers as the Suns earned a 127-117 home win over Portland last Friday.
L.A. Clippers at Golden State 10:30 PM ET
The Clippers had a chance to establish themselves as the most dominant team in the city of Los Angeles on Sunday but instead fell 112-103 to the Lakers in a battle of the top two teams in the Western Conference. The Clippers will take a steep step down in competition when they visit the NBA-worst Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.
Brooklyn at L.A. Lakers 10:30 PM ET
The Los Angeles Lakers seek their fifth straight victory and 12th in the past 13 games when they host the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday. Los Angeles has been especially strong over the past two games with victories over the NBA-best Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Clippers.
