Houston recorded a 122-112 road win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday and stands six victories shy of the franchise record 22-game winning streak from the 2007-08 season, which ranks fourth in NBA history.

The New Orleans Pelicans attempt to equal their longest winning streak in seven years when they visit the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. The Los Angeles Lakers hit a bit of a snag on their way to a sixth consecutive win on Monday, falling off in the fourth quarter of a 108-103 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.
