The Boston Celtics rebounded from a recent swoon by beating up on a few sub-.500 teams, but some significant tests are on the horizon. They will try to avoid looking too far ahead when they host the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday in the finale of a three-game homestand.
Brooklyn at Philadelphia 7:00 PM ET
The Philadelphia 76ers seek some more love at home when they open up a two-game stay at the Wells Fargo Center against the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday. The 76ers are 3-6 over their last nine games, with all six losses coming on the road and all three wins at home, where they are 18-2.
San Antonio at Miami 7:30 PM ET
The Miami Heat still haven't solved their road woes but remain the NBA's best home team. The Heat will try to bounce back from a rough road setback when they stop home for one game against the visiting San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday before heading back out.
Washington at Chicago 8:00 PM ET
The Washington Wizards are starting to get some players off the injury list and are hoping to turn the improved health into more victories. The Wizards will try to ride Bradley Beal and company to a win when they begin a stretch with six of seven on the road by visiting the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday.

The Indiana Pacers with a healthy Malcolm Brogdon are one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, and Brogdon is starting to round into form. Brogdon will try to get more comfortable and lead the Pacers to a third consecutive win when they visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday for the opener of a home-and-home set.
Toronto at Oklahoma City 8:00 PM ET
The Toronto Raptors got one big piece of the puzzle back on Sunday when Pascal Siakam made his return from a groin injury, though it did not result in a win. Siakam will try to find his shooting form and lead the Raptors back into the win column when they visit the surging Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday.
Charlotte at Denver 9:00 PM ET
The Denver Nuggets aim to win for the 14th time in the past 18 games when they host the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday. Denver experienced recent slip-ups against the Washington Wizards and Cleveland Cavaliers but put together a strong effort in Sunday's 114-104 home win over the Los Angeles Clippers.
Portland at Houston 9:30 PM ET
Point guard Russell Westbrook will be back on the floor Wednesday as the Houston Rockets try to escape a minor rut when they host the Portland Trail Blazers. Westbrook was held out for rest Tuesday and the Rockets lost 121-110 to the host Memphis Grizzlies for their second loss in the past three games.
Dallas at Sacramento 10:00 PM ET
The Dallas Mavericks have won back-to-back games for the first time since late December and hope to tack on another triumph when they visit the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. Dallas went through a tailspin in which it lost five of seven games before posting consecutive victories over the Philadelphia 76ers and Golden State Warriors.

The Los Angeles Lakers look to possess a 10-game winning streak for the second time this season when they host the Orlando Magic on Wednesday. The Lakers won 10 straight contests in November and now are just as hot with their last four victories occurring by an average of 22.3 points.
