Arizona at Washington 7:05 PM ET
The Washington Nationals have already clinched the National League East but are not done fighting. The Nationals hope to get some good news about the health of reigning MVP Bryce Harper before they host the Arizona Diamondbacks in the opener of a four-game series on Monday.
Chi. Cubs at Pittsburgh 7:05 PM ET
The Chicago Cubs already have wrapped up the National League Central and home-field advantage through the Championship Series but will have one other achievement in their sights when they visit the division-rival Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday for the opener of their four-game series. Chicago is looking to reach the 100-win plateau for the first time since 1935 after recording its 99th of the year with a 3-1 triumph over St. Louis on Sunday in its final home game of the regular season.
NY Yankees at Toronto 7:07 PM ET
Jose Bautista had a big impact for the Toronto Blue Jays in last year's playoffs, and the slugger is heating up at the right time as they eye another postseason run. Bautista and the Blue Jays aim for a four-game sweep of the New York Yankees when the American League East rivals complete their set in Toronto on Monday.
Cleveland at Detroit 7:10 PM ET
Ace Corey Kluber goes to the mound as his Cleveland Indians attempt to clinch their first American League Central title since 2007 on Monday when they visit the Detroit Tigers for the first of four games. Kluber, who is 3-0 against the second-place Tigers in 2016, can notch his career-high 19th victory as the Indians begin a seven-game road trip to end the regular season.
NY Mets at Miami 7:10 PM ET
The Miami Marlins will return to play with heavy hearts as the team tries to move on following the tragic loss of ace Jose Fernandez on Sunday. Fernandez, who was scheduled to pitch on Monday in the opener of a three-game series against the visiting New York Mets, died in a boating accident at the age of 24, leading to a cancellation of Sunday's game and a pregame moment of silence throughout the sport.
