Seattle at NY Yankees 1:05 PM ET
The New York Yankees are showing no signs of losing their lead in the American League wild card race as they host the Seattle Mariners on Sunday in the rubber match of their three-game series. The Yankees prevailed 6-3 on Saturday and are four games clear of the Mariners, who are one-half game behind the Minnesota Twins for the second wild card spot.
Minnesota at Toronto 1:07 PM ET
The Minnesota Twins have picked a bad time to go into a mini-slump, but maintain the second wild card spot in the American League heading into the rubber match of their three-game series with the Blue Jays in Toronto on Sunday. The Blue Jays outlasted the Twins 10-9 on Saturday, but Minnesota leads Seattle by one-half game in the postseason chase after the Mariners lost to the Yankees 6-3 in New York on Saturday.
Kansas City at Cleveland 1:10 PM ET
The surging Cleveland Indians go for a third straight shutout when they host the American League Central-rival Kansas City Royals on Sunday for the finale of a key three-game set. The first-place Indians registered 4-0 victories in each of the first two contests of the series and look to throw some more dirt on the Royals, who trail them by eight games.
Pittsburgh at Cincinnati 1:10 PM ET
The offense for the Pittsburgh Pirates took the day off on Saturday, but ace Gerrit Cole was around to pick up the slack and help the team avoid a three-game slide. The Pirates will try to earn a series win and make up some ground in the National League Central when they visit the Cincinnati Reds in the finale of a three-game series on Sunday.
San Diego at Miami 1:10 PM ET
The surging Miami Marlins have won five straight series at home and can wrap up a three-game sweep when they host the San Diego Padres on Sunday. A sacrifice fly by Miguel Rojas in the bottom of the 12th inning lifted the Marlins to a 2-1 walk-off win Saturday - their 12th victory in 15 games.
Baltimore at Boston 1:35 PM ET
The strong pitching that allowed the Boston Red Sox to win 16 of 20 and open up a lead in the American League East that reached as much as 5 1/2 games has disappeared, and a few key injuries are starting to take a toll on the offense as well. The Red Sox will try to avoid a three-game sweep when they host the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday.
Colorado at Atlanta 1:35 PM ET
The Atlanta Braves are playing for the future, and two of their top rookies look to build off productive performances of late entering in the finale of a three-game home series against the Colorado Rockies on Sunday. In the past seven games, second baseman Ozzie Albies is hitting .480 with seven extra base hits and eight runs scored after going 3-for-4 in Saturday’s 7-6 loss, while shortstop Dansby Swanson is batting .429 with six runs scored and seven walks after finishing Saturday 2-for-3.
NY Mets at Washington 1:35 PM ET
The Washington Nationals are cruising to a National League East crown despite a long injury list by taking advantage of the rest of the teams in their division. The Nationals will try to continue their success against the rival New York Mets when they host a doubleheader on Sunday.
Chi. Cubs at Philadelphia 1:35 PM ET

The Chicago Cubs’ cold snap at the plate didn’t last long. After scoring a total of three runs in back-to-back losses, the Cubs are coming off a season-high run total as they go into the rubber match of a three-game road series against the Philadelphia Phillies on Sunday.

Detroit at Chi. White Sox 2:10 PM ET
The Detroit Tigers aim for their first series win in over three weeks when they take on the host Chicago White Sox in the rubber match of a three-game set Sunday afternoon. Miguel Cabrera is appealing a seven-game suspension for his role in a brawl with the New York Yankees on Thursday, which freed him up to go 3-for-4 with a home run in the Tigers' 6-3 win Saturday.
Tampa Bay at St. Louis 2:15 PM ET
The St. Louis Cardinals may have gotten the spark they needed in the second game of their three-game interleague series and look to build off that emotion in the rubber match against the visiting Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday. After losing four of five, the Cardinals rallied from two runs down in the eighth inning Saturday to forge a tie before getting a walk-off, two-run homer from Tommy Pham for a 6-4 victory.
Houston at LA Angels 3:37 PM ET
The Los Angeles Angels staged an improbable late rally Saturday against the top team in the American League to halt their three-game slide and move closer to a wild-card spot. Los Angeles looks to at least maintain its minuscule deficit in the playoff race when it hosts the Houston Astros on Sunday for the rubber match of their three-game series.
Texas at Oakland 4:05 PM ET
The Texas Rangers have wasted an opportunity to gain ground in the American League wild-card race and look to avoid being swept when they visit the Oakland Athletics on Sunday for the finale of their three-game series. Texas began the set one game out of the second wild-card spot but dropped the first two meetings with Oakland and enter Sunday two games behind Minnesota for the berth.
Milwaukee at LA Dodgers 4:10 PM ET
Yu Darvish returns to the mound Sunday as the Los Angeles Dodgers look to bounce back from a rare home loss in the rubber match of their three-game series against the Milwaukee Brewers. Darvish missed his last start with lower back tightness but has been cleared to face the Brewers, who are three games behind the first-place Chicago Cubs in the National League Central and trail Colorado by 3 1/2 for the second wild-card spot.
San Francisco at Arizona 4:10 PM ET
J.D. Martinez has struggled to hit for average since being acquired by the Arizona Diamondbacks at the trade deadline, but he hasn't disappointed in the power department. Martinez has recorded 11 home runs and 27 RBIs over his last 30 games for the Diamondbacks, who aim for a three-game sweep of the visiting San Francisco Giants on Sunday.
NY Mets at Washington 8:08 PM ET
The Washington Nationals are cruising to a National League East crown despite a long injury list by taking advantage of the rest of the teams in their division. The Nationals will try to continue their success against the rival New York Mets when they host a doubleheader on Sunday.
