The New York Yankees look to complete their second straight three-game sweep when they host the Los Angeles Angels in the finale of their series on Sunday. Houston at Toronto 1:07 PM ET
Winners of a season-high four in a row, the Toronto Blue Jays look to complete a three-game sweep of the visiting Houston Astros on Sunday afternoon. Chris Colabello and Jose Bautista have fueled the surge by extending their respective hitting streaks to a career-high 16 and 10 games for the Blue Jays, who have outscored the opposition 28-7 in the last four contests.
Baltimore at Cleveland 1:10 PM ET
The Cleveland Indians can reach the .500 mark for the first time since April 10 when they host the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday in the rubber match of a three-game series. San Diego at Cincinnati 1:10 PM ET
The San Diego Padres attempt to complete a sweep when they visit the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday for the finale of their three-game series. Oakland at Boston 1:35 PM ET
The Boston Red Sox can post their first three-game winning streak since the opening week of the season as they attempt to complete a sweep of the visiting Oakland Athletics on Sunday. The Red Sox have received back-to-back quality starts from their beleaguered starting rotation in winning the first two games of the series by identical 4-2 scores.
Pittsburgh at Atlanta 1:35 PM ET
Gerrit Cole showed plenty of promise in his first two seasons, and the Pittsburgh Pirates’ hurler is establishing himself as one of baseball’s best in 2015. Cole aims for his major league-leading ninth victory Sunday as the Pirates conclude a three-game series against the host Atlanta Braves.
San Francisco at Philadelphia 1:35 PM ET
The San Francisco Giants' topsy-turvy season is back on the upswing while the spiraling Philadelphia Phillies sure are making themselves comfortable in the basement of the National League East. The visiting Giants shuffled five-game winning and losing streaks before taking the first two contests heading into Sunday afternoon's series finale against the Phillies.
Detroit at Chi. White Sox 2:10 PM ET
Miguel Cabrera tries to reach base for the 26th consecutive game - the longest active streak in the major leagues - when the Detroit Tigers visit the Chicago White Sox on Sunday in the rubber match of their three-game series. Cabrera on Saturday delivered a two-run homer and the bottom of the order made major contributions as Detroit snapped an eight-game losing streak - its longest since 2005 - with a 7-1 victory, evening the season series with its American League Central rival at 4-4.
Texas at Kansas City 2:10 PM ET
The streaking Texas Rangers have won six consecutive series for the first time since 2012 and look to complete a three-game sweep of the host Kansas City Royals on Sunday. Texas has won three in a row to improve to 14-3 in its last 17 contests and close within 3 1/2 games of first-place Houston in the American League West.
Milwaukee at Minnesota 2:10 PM ET
The Milwaukee Brewers own the majors' worst record at the moment, but one would have a hard time convincing the Minnesota Twins of their troubles. Milwaukee looks to complete a three-game sweep of the interleague series with Minnesota when the clubs reconvene at Target Field on Sunday afternoon.
Chi. Cubs at Washington 4:05 PM ET
The Chicago Cubs and Washington Nationals carried much different expectations into the 2015 season, but both are four games over .500 entering the finale of their four-game series at Nationals Park. Chicago, which appears a bit ahead of pace in its rebuilding process, improved to 3-3 on its nine-game road trip after Saturday's 4-2 victory over Washington, which is among the favorites to win the World Series.
Tampa Bay at Seattle 4:10 PM ET
Less than 24 hours after ending a frustrating seven-game losing streak, the Seattle Mariners attempt to gain some momentum when they host the Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday. Felix Hernandez pitched a strong seven innings and Austin Jackson belted a tiebreaking home run Saturday as Seattle edged the Rays 2-1 to improve to 2-8 on an 11-game homestand.
NY Mets at Arizona 4:10 PM ET
Welington Castillo may be finding it hard to get comfortable in one spot this season, but could find it easier to relax with the Arizona Diamondbacks after sending them to a thrilling victory in their last time out. The Diamondbacks, winners of four of their last five, eye a series victory Sunday when they finish their four-game series against the New York Mets.
Miami at Colorado 4:10 PM ET
The Colorado Rockies hope to continue their offensive surge and win for the 11th time in 15 games when they host the Miami Marlins on Sunday in the rubber match of their three-game series. The Rockies have produced 101 runs over their last 17 contests after pounding out 17 hits, including three homers, in the 10-5 triumph over the Marlins on Saturday.
St. Louis at LA Dodgers 8:08 PM ET
Yasiel Puig returned from a long stint on the disabled list to remind the Los Angeles Dodgers of what they have been missing without his bat in the lineup. After getting a clutch hit from their enigmatic right fielder to snap a three-game losing streak Saturday, the host Dodgers eye a series split Sunday when they wrap up their four-game set with the St. Louis Cardinals.
