May 15, 2016
Chi. White Sox at NY Yankees 1:05 PM ET
Masahiro Tanaka looks to bounce back from his worst start and help the New York Yankees win three consecutive series for the first time this season in Sunday's finale of a three-game set against the visiting Chicago White Sox. The Yankees evened the series with a 2-1 victory Saturday behind a stellar effort from their retooled bullpen.
Minnesota at Cleveland 1:10 PM ET
The Minnesota Twins snapped an eight-game slide overall and won for just the third time on the road with Saturday’s 6-3 triumph over the Cleveland Indians. The Twins will try to secure their first road series win of the season when they visit the Indians for the rubber match on Sunday.
Oakland at Tampa Bay 1:10 PM ET
Brandon Guyer has been one of the bright spots through an inconsistent start for the Tampa Bay Rays and should get even more playing time after Logan Forsythe was placed on the disabled list. Guyer has 11 hits in his last eight games and looks to continue contributing from the leadoff spot when the Rays host the Oakland Athletics on Sunday in the rubber match of a three-game series.
Detroit at Baltimore 1:35 PM ET
The Baltimore Orioles are getting strong pitching of late, but the offense is still the headliner. Jonathan Schoop took his turn on center stage with a grand slam and a solo blast on Saturday as the Orioles won their seventh straight, and they will try to complete a four-game sweep when they host the Detroit Tigers in the series finale on Sunday.
Houston at Boston 1:35 PM ET
Jackie Bradley Jr. boasts a majors-best 20-game hitting streak, but 26-year-old came up empty in three previous at-bats versus Chris Devenski. Bradley looks to get the better of the rookie right-hander on Sunday afternoon as the white-hot Boston Red Sox vie for their 16th win in 21 outings when they conclude a four-game series versus the visiting Houston Astros.
Cincinnati at Philadelphia 1:35 PM ET
After beginning the season with an unceremonious sweep at the hands of the Cincinnati Reds, the Philadelphia Phillies look to return the favor on Sunday afternoon when the clubs conclude their three-game set at Citizens Bank Park. Light-hitting Philadelphia has had little margin for error despite winning six of its last seven, with five of those triumphs a result of one-run decisions - including both outings in this series.
Miami at Washington 1:35 PM ET
Miami Marlins right-hander Jose Fernandez has been nearly unbeatable in his career at home and no team is more aware of that fact than the Washington Nationals. The road has been a different story for Fernandez, who looks to remain perfect in his career against the host Nationals on Sunday in the finale of a four-game series.
San Diego at Milwaukee 2:10 PM ET
The San Diego Padres let up just a bit on the pitching side on Saturday but the offense picked up the slack. The Padres will try to get the offense and the pitching together in the same contest and earn a win in the four-game series when they visit the Milwaukee Brewers for the finale on Sunday.
Atlanta at Kansas City 2:15 PM ET
Very few things have unfolded well for the Atlanta Braves through the first six weeks of the season, but their young starting rotation is showing signs of better days ahead for baseball’s worst team. Atlanta concludes a three-game series Sunday at the defending World Series champion Kansas City Royals looking for Matt Wisler to continue a strong stretch of performances by Braves starters, who have posted a 2.26 ERA in the past eight contests.
Pittsburgh at Chi. Cubs 2:20 PM ET

The Chicago Cubs aren’t just beating the Pittsburgh Pirates – they’re dominating them. The Cubs have outscored their National League Central rivals 37-11 in five meetings this season – winning each by at least four runs – and will try to finish a three-game sweep of the visiting Pirates on Sunday.

Toronto at Texas 3:05 PM ET
Toronto Blue Jays right-hander Aaron Sanchez is quietly emerging as one of baseball's top young pitchers and looks to continue his strong early-season start against the host Texas Rangers on Sunday in the rubber match of a three-game game. Sanchez has allowed one earned run or less in five of seven starts as he prepares to face the Rangers for the second time in 12 days.
LA Angels at Seattle 4:10 PM ET
The Angels' Albert Pujols is starting to heat up and that could spell trouble for the American League West as visiting Los Angeles goes for a three-game sweep against the Seattle Mariners on Sunday. Pujols, a .310 career hitter, is 5-for-14 with two home runs and five RBIs in his last three games after belting a three-run shot in the ninth inning to give the Angels a 9-7 victory Saturday and raise his season average from .185 to .203.
San Francisco at Arizona 4:10 PM ET
The San Francisco Giants look to extend their season-high winning streak to five contests and complete a four-game sweep when they visit the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday afternoon. Denard Span had four hits, improving to 8-for-13 with four runs scored in the series, and Hunter Pence belted his 200th career homer as San Francisco recorded a 5-3 victory Saturday.
NY Mets at Colorado 4:10 PM ET
The New York Mets entered the beginning of their 11-game road trip last week looking every bit like the defending National League champions, but they appear to be running out of gas as they near the end of their western trek. The Mets hope to avoid their first sweep of the season and fourth straight loss overall Sunday when they wrap up a three-game set with the Colorado Rockies.
St. Louis at LA Dodgers 8:05 PM ET
Despite a rocky start to the season, the Los Angeles Dodgers have to be pleased with the way they have played against the other defending division champions during the last nine games. The Dodgers eye their fourth straight victory at home Sunday when they seek their first three-game sweep of the St. Louis Cardinals in almost four years.
