Charles Tillman and Lance Briggs each returned an interception for a touchdown in the second straight game and Brandon Marshall caught 12 passes for 144 yards and a score for the Bears (4-1), who have forced eight turnovers in their last two contests.

It was a 3-3 game at the half before Chicago opened things up in the third quarter. Robbie Gould gave the Bears the lead, capping a 17-play, 76-yard drive with a 31-yard field goal to begin a stretch of 38 unanswered points.

Tillman returned a pick 36 yards for the first touchdown of the game only 38 seconds after Gould’s field goal and Cutler took over from there, finding Alshon Jeffery with a 10-yard touchdown pass on the next drive. Cutler hit Marshall on the right side for a 24-yard score with 8:44 left.

Briggs, who rumbled 74 yards on an interception return for a touchdown on Monday at Dallas, ended any hope of a late comeback when he grabbed Blaine Gabbert’s pass and turned it back the other way for a 36-yard score.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Gabbert completed 17 of 33 passes for 142 yards and the two picks. He also lost a fumble. … Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew was held to 56 yards on 12 carries while Chicago’s Matt Forte broke out for 107 yards on 22 rushing attempts. … Bears RB Armando Allen got a chance in the fourth quarter and broke free for his first career touchdown, a 46-yard score with 1:49 left.
