Jay Cutler threw his second touchdown pass of the game early in the fourth quarter as the Chicago Bears scored 13 unanswered points en route to a 30-24 road victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night.

Matt Forte gained 133 yards on 24 carries but had two costly fumbles for Chicago (5-3), which has won three straight games overall and four of its last five meetings with Philadelphia.

Ronnie Brown and LeSean McCoy scored rushing touchdowns less than three minutes apart in the third quarter to give Philadelphia (3-5) a 24-17 lead.

But Robbie Gould booted the second of his three field goals in the waning seconds of the period, and Cutler connected with Earl Bennett on a 5-yard scoring play with 12:18 remaining in the fourth for a 27-24 advantage.

Cutler threw for 208 yards and two touchdowns and was not sacked for the first time in 33 games, including the postseason.

Eagles quarterback Michael Vick finished 21 of 38 for 213 yards with an interception in falling to 0-4 lifetime as a starter against the Bears.

Philadelphia tied a league record by suffering its third home defeat after carrying a lead into the fourth quarter.

McCoy wound up with 71 yards on 16 carries and scored a touchdown in his eighth consecutive game, tying the Eagles record set in 1947 by Steve Van Buren.

Chicago grabbed a 10-0 lead on a 5-yard touchdown pass from Cutler to Matt Spaeth and a 51-yard field goal by Gould.

Philadelphia pulled even late in the second quarter when linebacker Brian Rolle stripped Forte of the ball and returned it 22 yards for a score just 26 seconds after a 47-yard field goal by Alex Henery.

It was Forte's first fumble in 347 touches since Oct. 24, 2010.

Marion Barber put the Bears back in front 43 seconds before the half. Sam Hurd recovered a fumbled punt return by Philadelphia's DeSean Jackson at the Eagles 11 and Jason Babin was called for roughing the passer after an incompletion by Cutler on third-and-4, allowing Barber the chance for a 2-yard scoring run.

Brown tied the game with a 4-yard rush with 8:18 left in the third, and McCoy scampered 33 yards for a 24-17 lead just two plays after Forte's second fumble of the night.
