Jay Cutler threw two touchdown passes and the Chicago Bears converted a late turnover into a touchdown to rally for a 22-19 victory over the winless Buffalo Bills on Sunday in Toronto.

Defensive back Tim Jennings picked off an underthrown pass by Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick at the Chicago 38 and returned it 39 yards to the Buffalo 23 with 9:16 left in the game.

Cutler hit tight end Greg Olsen for 18 yards on third-and-10 and three plays later Cutler found Earl Bennett for a 2-yard score. Chicago (5-3) converted the 2-point conversion when Cutler hit Matt Forte for a 22-19 lead with 6:45 to play.

Cutler finished 17 of 30 for 188 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions and was sacked just once.

Fitzpatrick drove Buffalo to the Chicago 44, but he was blitzed on fourth-and-10 and had to throw the ball away with just over three minutes left. The Bills got the ball back once more inside two minutes, but Fitzpatrick threw his second pick of the game to safety Chris Harris as Buffalo matched its 0-8 start in 1984.

Buffalo changed a 14-7 deficit to a 19-14 lead on a 4-yard touchdown run by Fred Jackson late in the third quarter and a 1-yard run by Corey McIntyre early in the fourth. But the first missed extra point of Rian Lindell's career on the Jackson score and a failed 2-point conversion after the second score proved costly.

Fitzpatrick completed 30 of 49 passes for 291 yards and a touchdown.
