Wake Forest 28, Boston College 14: Michael Campanaro tied an ACC record with 16 receptions, including a career-best three touchdown catches, to lead the host Demon Deacons over the Eagles.

Campanaro found the end zone on a 5-yard strike from Tanner Price to open the scoring for Wake Forest on its second drive of the game and the Demon Deacons (5-4, 3-4) never ceded the lead. Campanaro finished with 123 yards, earning a share of the ACC record for receptions held by four others. Virginia's Alvin Pearman (2003) was the last to haul in 16 catches.

Chase Rettig struggled for Boston College against the Wake defense, accounting for all four Eagles turnovers on three interceptions and a fumble. Rettig finished 29-of-49 for 357 yards and a touchdown.

Price, who eclipsed 6,000 passing yards, finished 39-of-57 with 293 yards and three touchdowns for Wake Forest.

Alex Amidon and Johnathan Coleman combined for 17 catches and 227 receiving yards for the Eagles (2-7, 1-5), who were forced to rely on the passing game, with the running attack virtually non-existent. Boston College amassed 12 yards on the ground on 21 attempts.
