Steven Threet passed for 300 yards and three touchdowns as Arizona State rolled to a 42-0 victory over Washington State in the Pac-10 on Saturday night.

Jamal Miles caught first-half touchdown passes of 9 and 18 yards as the Sun Devils (4-4, 2-3) remained in the hunt for a postseason bowl bid.

Washington State (1-8, 0-6) has lost seven straight.

Threet was 23-of-29 passing for 237 yards in the first half as the Sun Devils led 28-0 at intermission.

He threw a 7-yard scoring pass to Cameron Marshall on Arizona State’s first second-half possession before exiting. Threet finished with 26 of 32.

Marshall scored on a 7-yard run in the first quarter, and Deantre Lewis scored from 3 yards out in the second.

Arizona State’s Kyle Middlebrooks scored on a 10-yard run in the fourth quarter.

Washington State quarterback Jeff Tuel was intercepted twice while completing 17-of-26 passes for 200 yards.
