No. 19 Missouri (6-0, 2-0 Big 12) passed its first road test of the season with flying colors, knocking off Texas A&M, 30-9. All of a sudden the Tigers look like legit contenders in the Big 12 North heading into a match up against No. 6 Oklahoma next week.

The Tigers' defense, which came in ranked No. 3 in the country in points allowed, didn’t give up a touchdown until the fourth quarter. Missouri shut out Colorado 26-0 last week.

Unlike the Colorado game though, Missouri’s passing offense was clicking against the Aggies. Junior quarterback Blaine Gabbert had his best game of the season, throwing for 361 yards and three touchdowns.

Wes Kemp and Michael Egnew both caught 10 passes, and T.J. Moe had 6 receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown.

For the Aggies (3-3, 0-2 Big 12), it was their third straight loss to a ranked team, after losing to Oklahoma State and Arkansas by a combined 10 points the previous two weeks. Senior quarterback Jerrod Johnson had a solid day passing, throwing for 322 yards and a touchdown. He came into the game with nine interceptions on the season, but didn’t turn the ball over in this one.

Missouri was able to shut down the Aggies rushing attack though, giving up just 57 yards on 33 carries. Johnson carried the ball 17 times for just five yards.
