Ricky Dobbs’ six-yard touchdown pass to Greg Jones with 26 seconds left helped the Navy Midshipmen rally for a 28-27 victory over Wake Forest on Saturday.

Alexander Teich caught a touchdown for the Midshipmen (3-2), who bounced back from a 14-6 loss to Air Force with a dramatic rally.

Dobbs accounted for four touchdowns, two passing and two on the ground. He ran for 100 yards on 22 carries while completing 8 of 19 passes for 93 yards with one interception.

Dobbs’ impressive performance overshadowed a huge game from Tanner Price and sent the Demon Deacons (2-4) to their fourth straight loss.

Price completed 37 of 53 passes for 333 yards and two touchdowns. His second touchdown pass to Devon Brown gave Wake Forest a 24-21 lead with 1:24 left in the third.
