Vanderbilt placed all five starters in double figures as it breezed by Missouri 86-71 at Memorial Gymnasium in Nashville, Tenn., on Wednesday evening.

Forward Luke Kornet's double-double (13 points, 12 rebounds), the fourth of his season, paced the Commodores (14-10, 6-5 Southeastern Conference). He was joined by guards Wade Baldwin (17) and Matthew-Fisher Davis (13), forward Jeff Roberson (12) and center Damian Jones (14).

Forwards Ryan Rosburg (24) and Jakeenan Gant (16) each scored career-highs for the Tigers (8-16, 2-10). Rosburg led the Tigers with 11 rebounds.

This one was never close. Missouri, which never led and trailed by 25 at one point, pulled within 13 on a couple of occasions, the last coming on a pair of Rosburg free throws with 4:08 left.

Vanderbilt jumped out to a 15-2 lead after Roberson hit back-to-back 3-pointers, the second coming at the 13:52 mark of the first half.

The Commodores equaled their biggest first-half lead after Baldwin's drive and lay-up made it 45-26 at the break.

It's the 10th loss in a row for rebuilding Missouri, which lost 13 in a row last season. It's also the Tigers' 23rd-straight true road loss.

Gant sat out Saturday's Alabama game, serving a one-game suspension after he was cited for possession of drug-related paraphernalia.
