Temple 84, No. 19 Virginia Commonwealth 76: Khalif Wyatt scored a game-high 30 points and the host Owls rallied from 16 points down in the first half to win their Atlantic 10 conference regular-season finale.

Temple (23-8, 11-5 A-10) won its seventh straight game and got a major boost to its NCAA Tournament resume with its second victory over a ranked opponent this season. The Owls also got 19 points from Jake O'Brien and 13 from Scootie Randall and Will Cummings.

Juvonte Reddic led Virginia Commonwealth with 20 points but the Rams (24-7, 12-4) saw their three-game winning streak come to an end and fell into second in the final conference standings.

Virginia Commonwealth built a 41-25 lead in the first half but Temple ended the half on an 11-0 run to close the gap to 41-36 at the break.

O'Brien hit a 3-pointer at the 14:40 mark of the second half to give the Owls a 51-48 lead and they never trailed again. Temple eventually led by as much as 17 points late in the second half.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Saint Louis won the A-10 regular-season title with a 13-3 mark. ...Virginia Commonwealth hit its first six 3-pointers but went 2-for-9 afterward. ...The Rams finished the game perfect from the free-throw line but were outscored 26-10 from the stripe.
