Freshman Karviar Shepherd had a career-high 11 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks to lead the Horned Frogs to a come-from-behind home win over the Broncs.

Kyan Anderson led Texas Christian (6-3) with 16 points, while Jarvis Ray and Brandon Parrish added 12 and 10 points, respectively. The Horned Frogs won despite shooting 3-of-20 from 3-point range.

Shaquille Hines led Texas-Pan American (4-8) with 12 points and seven rebounds. Justin Leathers added 10 points for the Broncs.

The game was close throughout, with neither team able to take a substantial lead in the first half. Texas Christian went up two with 2:46 to play and neither team scored the rest of the half, leaving the Horned Frogs ahead at the break.
