No. 25 UCLA 74, Oregon State 64: Shabazz Muhammad bounced back from two sub-par performances to score 21 points and help keep the host Bruins unbeaten in Pac-12 play.

Travis Wear added 17 points and seven rebounds to finish in double figures for the sixth straight game and Kyle Anderson had 17 points and nine rebounds for UCLA (15-3, 5-0 Pac-12).

Roberto Nelson scored 17 points to lead Oregon State (10-7, 0-4). Joe Burton added 12 points and Olaf Schaftenaar scored a season-high 10 points for the Beavers.

Oregon State took an early five-point lead but a 10-0 run by the Bruins gave them a 19-14 lead and they never trailed again. The Beavers converted just two field goals in the final eight minutes of the first half and went to locker room trailing 37-26.

UCLA continued to seize control by scoring 11 of the first 13 points of the second half to extend its lead to 20. The Bruins forced 17 turnovers and shot 6-for-12 from 3-point range.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Oregon State leading rebounder Eric Moreland missed his fourth consecutive game for violating team rules but will return Saturday at USC, coach Craig Robinson said. … UCLA is 5-0 in conference play for the first time since 2003-04. … UCLA senior point guard Larry Drew II came into the week leading the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio (4.89) and fourth in assists (8.1). He finished with nine assists and three turnovers.
