No. 23 Oklahoma State 91, Central Arkansas 63: Le'Bryan Nash scored 19 points and the Cowboys held the visiting Bears without a field goal for almost nine minutes late in the first half en route to their third straight victory.

Trailing 22-11 with 11:58 remaining in the first half, Oklahoma State (8-1) went on a 23-2 run while holding Central Arkansas (4-4) to just two free throws over a span of 8:45.

The Cowboys went on to lead 42-30 at halftime and were never threatened the rest of the way.

Markel Brown tallied 14 points, eight rebounds and four steals for the Cowboys while freshman Marcus Smart added 10 points and seven assists.

Jordan Harks paced Central Arkansas with a career-high 16 points while Jarvis Garner added 14 as the Bears had a three-game win streak stopped.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Central Arkansas played without second-leading scorer LaQuentin Miles, who was out with a broken hand. … The Cowboys shot 50.8 percent from the field, the second time this season they have topped the 50 percent mark. ... Michael Cobbins had 10 points for Oklahoma State.
