Kendrick Perry scored 23 points and Kamren Belin added 17 as the visiting Penguins led from start to finish to upset the Bulldogs.

Youngstown State (2-0) scored the game’s first eight points, saw the Bulldogs pull within three points in the second half, then put the game away with a 24-8 surge.
