Oregon (16-6, 7-3 Pac-12) trailed by one with 6:17 to play, but Utah (5-17, 2-8) was held without a field goal for nearly the next six minutes before Cedric Martin hit a 3-pointer with 47 seconds left.

Carlos Emory scored 14 points and E.J. Singler added 12 for Oregon, which remained one game out of first place in the Pac-12. The Ducks are 12-4 since Joseph became eligible on Dec. 10.

Chris Hines scored 20 points and Martin added 15 for Utah, which has lost seven of its last eight games. Kareem Storey had 10 points and a career-high 11 assists.

Utah shot 52.2 percent from the field in the first half but 41.7 percent for the game, while Oregon was 8 for 16 from 3-point range.

After shooting a combined 8 for 31 from beyond the arc last week at UCLA and Southern Cal, the Utes were 9 for 19 against Oregon.
