Jared Sullinger scored 20 points and grabbed 13 rebounds as No. 3 Ohio State extended its home winning streak to 37 games with a comfortable 78-54 victory against cold-shooting Penn State.

The Buckeyes (18-3, 6-2 Big Ten) built a 24-6 lead over the first 15 minutes of action, holding Penn State to 3-for-21 shooting during that stretch. The Nittany Lions (10-12, 2-7), who also missed their first four free throws, finished the first half in a 38-18 hole after hitting just 7 of 32 from the field.
