Terrence Ross scored 24 points and connected on a career-best six 3-point baskets as Washington rolled to a 93-63 victory over visiting Portland in the World Vision Classic on Monday.

C.J. Wilcox added 17 points and Abdul Gaddy scored 15 as six players scored in double figures for the Huskies (3-0).

Washington shot 55.4 percent and was 12-of-20 from 3-point range while improving to 9-0 on its home court against the Pilots (2-1).

Aziz N’Diaye and Tony Wroten added 11 points apiece, and Darnell Gant scored 10 as the Huskies never trailed.

Tim Douglas scored 17 points for the Pilots, who shot only 34.2 percent and committed 15 turnovers.

Washington shot 56.3 percent in the first half with Ross hitting back-to-back 3-pointers in the final minute to give the Huskies a 43-23 halftime lead.

The Huskies scored the first six points of the second half to finish a 14-0 run for a 26-point advantage with 17:44 remaining.

The lead reached 31 points on N’Diaye’s layup with 14:41 left and was still 63-33 after Wilcox’s 3-pointer with just over 13 minutes left.

Portland responded with an 11-1 run to cut its deficit to 20 points but Ross hit two 3s during an 8-0 run to give the Huskies a 72-44 lead with 8:08 to play.
