The twin threats of Jon Leuer and Jordan Taylor struck again for Wisconsin, accounting for two-thirds of the team’s scoring as the Badgers topped South Dakota 76-61 in Saturday action at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wis.

Leuer had 29 points, including 6-for-11 shooting from 3-point range, and he also had nine rebounds and four blocks. Taylor just missed a triple-double as he accounted for 20 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists.

Wisconsin (6-2) shot 29-of-64 (45.3 percent) from the field, including 12-of-31 (38.7 percent) from the arc and led 42-37 at halftime.

South Dakota (3-5) shot 21-of-55 (38.2 percent) from the field and 7-of-18 (38.9 percent) from 3-point range.

Charlie Westbrook led the Coyotes with 18 points, and reserve Jake Thomas had 15 points and six rebounds.
