Arkansas 79, Robert Morris 74: BJ Young had a game-high 23 points to lead a balanced scoring attack as the host Razorbacks ended the Colonials’ five-game winning streak.

Arkansas (6-4) led by 11 points midway through the second half, but saw Robert Morris (8-5) cut the lead to 71-68 on two Lucky Jones free throws with 2:50 to play.

Young scored six of Arkansas’ next eight points, his layup with nine seconds to go giving the Razorbacks a 79-72 advantage. Young finished 9-for-17 from the field.

Hunter Mickelson scored 16 points and Mardracus Wade added 14 for the Razorbacks. Marshawn Powell chipped in with 12 points and nine rebounds for Arkansas, which shot 52.5 percent from the field.

Coron Williams and Karvel Anderson each scored 17 points to lead Robert Morris.
